Investor, developer and operator
Livensa Living is an integrated investor, developer and operator of real estate headquartered in Madrid.
Was originally founded in 2013 as Temprano Capital, to seek value from the emerging opportunities caused by the 2008/9 financial crisis. From inception, our goal has been two-fold:
- To reposition and re-purpose defunct real estate no longer fit for users’ needs.
- To create, through development, real estate product in emerging sectors responding to the evolving needs of users and customers.
Our aim is to create value in real estate through generating and improving income by way of development, repositioning, repurposing and productivity gains.

Student Accommodation y Flex Living
Livensa owns and manages a portfolio of operating properties and development projects across the key cities of Spain and Portugal.
Our two strategic trajectories focus on the creation and operations of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation and Co-Living Residences and the repositioning and/or repurposing of Retail Assets.
