Promotion Christmas in Summer
1. Validity Period
Promotion is available for bookings confirmed between 11th and August 31st.
2. Eligibility
The offer is valid for Acadamic Year and Full Year reservations only. It will be aplicable to final, confirmed booking with a contract signed by August 31st, 2022, exclusively for specific room types (between brackets). Any reservation booked outside of this period is not eligible for the promotion.

3. Invoice – January 2023
January 2023 invoice (issued around December 25th) will not be processed for payment. No other action needs to be taken by the contract signer to get this benefit, as long as all the terms & conditions of the offer are met.
4. Offer Conditions “Christmas in Summer”
• Offer subject to availability. A limited number of beds/rooms have been made available to the promotion.
• Come room types or booking periods may be excluded from the promotion (see clause # 2).
• Offer can’t be combined with other promotions or discounts (including but not limited to Twin Pair a Dice or Twin Single Use). It will be applicable only to new bookings, and promotional codes XMAS_SUMMER_ES (sites in Spain) or XMAS_SUMMER_PT (sites in Portugal) must be entered during the online booking process.
• The month free of charge (January 2023), refers exclusively to the monthly rent. Other extra charges or fees will be billed as usual and the invoice must be settled using the payment method of choice specified on the contract.
• In order to obtain the promo benefit (one month free), all payments must be up to date; any pending invoices will automatically exclude the resident from the promotion, and the month of january 2023 will be billed accordingly.
• Contracted stay period must be honored in full. In case of early cancellation, the invoice corresponding to January 2023 would be issued and processed for payment.
5. How can I benefit from this offer?
Any reservations meeting all terms & conditions of the promotion at the time of booking will be automatically considered eligible for the promotion (month of January 2023 free of charge), as long as the booker enters the promo code XMAS_SUMMER_ES or XMAS_SUMMER_PT during the online booking process. Introduction of the code itself does not guarantee the application of the promotion in case all conditions included herein are not fulfilled.
6. Availability
Beds / Rooms in promotion are subject to availability, the offer is limited. Special conditions will be extended to bookings as they are confirmed, on a first come first served basis.
7. Modification of these terms and conditions
The promo is available exclusively through Livensa Living. Participation criterio may be updated regularly (for instance, every time we run out of beds or a specific room type is no longer available). Such modifications may include applicable booking periods or participant residences and accommodations. Livensa Living has the right of updating such terms or conditions applicable to new reservations, confirmed bookings would not be impacted.

9. Any decision made by Livensa Living regarding this promotion will be considered as final (date changes, participating properties, reservation types, etc.). The beneficiaries of the offer are obliged to accept the conditions in force at the time of confirmation.
10. These terms and conditions prevail over those in the contract, should they differ somehow or be subject to interpretations.
