1. Validity period
The “Refer a Friend” campaign is available from 26/02/2024 to 30/08/2024. Applications made after this date will not be accepted.
The campaign is subject to availability in Livensa Living buildings, you can check in the following link if your building has the promotion activated:

2. Eligibility
This campaign is aimed to all residents and future residents of Livensa Living who have formalised* their reservation for the 2024/2025 academic year. Residents who recommend Livensa Living to a friend who ends up living in one of Livensa Living’s buildings in Spain or Portugal are entitled to participate in this campaign.

*Formalising a booking implies paying the booking fee and signing the accommodation contract.

3. The gift
• Livensa Living will reward you with a €150 Amazon gift card (redeemable only at Amazon.es) for each friend you refer.
• Livensa Living will reward each of the friends you refer who become a Livensa Living resident with a €150 Amazon gift card (redeemable only at Amazon.es).
• Double prize, double satisfaction!

4. Conditions of the “Refer a Friend” promotion
• This offer is valid for new bookings during the 2024/2025 academic year with a minimum stay of 285 days.
• The recommended friend must not currently be staying at or have previously lived in another Livensa Living bulding.
• The recommended friend must book a room in any Livensa Living building in Spain or Portugal, pay the deposit and the rent for the first month or the entire stay and move into the building during the 2024/2025 academic year.
• This promotion is valid for bookings made directly with Livensa Living. It does not apply to bookings made through agents or other intermediaries.
• To receive the gift card, the resident who has referred a friend must have settled all their payments with Livensa Living.
• This promotion is not valid for takeovers.

5. Procedure for applying for the referral programme
• During the booking process, you must specify in the first window that you have been referred by the “Refer a Friend” programme, stating the following information about the Livensa resident who referred us to you in the comments section:
o Name and surname
o Contract number

• If you have any problems filling in this field, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of completing the booking, and put “Refer a Friend 2024/2025” in the subject line. In order to be eligible for the prize, the following must be included in this email:
o Problem encountered
o Name and surname of the person who referred you
o Residence where you are staying
o Contract number
• Both the referrer and the new Livenser will receive the prize once the latter has checked in. Vouchers will be distributed during the month of October.
• Both will be notified by email.
• Referred friends who do not follow the procedure outlined above will not be accepted.

6. Availability
This campaign is subject to availability in Livensa Living buildings. The campaign may be discontinued at any time depending on occupancy.

7. Changes to the campaign
This promotion is organised by Livensa Living, which has the right to make changes to the campaign and/or the terms and conditions as well as the prize at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

8. Livensa Living’s decisions regarding all matters relating to this campaign shall be definitive.

9. Participants in this promotion must accept all the terms and conditions of this campaign. Individual cases will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

10. Complaints period
Any unforeseen circumstances and/or problems with Amazon Vouchers can be claimed up to 30th November. After this period, Livensa will not accept claims of any kind.

Data protection
In accordance with current regulations on personal data protection, the participant (both the resident and their friend, according to the terms described in this document) in this promotion (the “Data Subject”) is hereby informed that the personal data required to participate in this promotion will be processed by the entity with which the resident has established their contractual relationship, namely their main residence, to whom they will submit their application to participate in this promotion (the “Data Controller”). The Data Subject can consult the list of entities involved in Appendix I of Livensa Living’s privacy policy (https://landing.livensaliving.com/politica-de-privacidad/).
The Data Controller will process the data in a lawful, fair and transparent manner for the following purposes:
a) To manage the booking of the Data Subject in this referral programme.
b) To communicate the relevant data to the leasing entities at the residences which the Data Subject wishes to stay, according to the terms and conditions outlined here.
c) Compliance with the legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject as a result of this referral programme.
The legitimate basis for data processing deriving from purposes a) and b) is the fulfilment of the contractual relationship maintained between the Data Controller and the Data Subject via the acceptance of these terms and conditions. In order to carry out the established purposes the Data Subject’s data must therefore be processed as, otherwise, it would not be possible to achieve them. The legitimate basis for the processing of the Data Subject’s data for purpose c) derives from the Data Controller’s obligation to comply with the applicable legal provisions.
Any resident participating in this referral programme affirms that they are authorised by their friend to provide the friend’s personal data. Likewise, they affirm that, if they directly provide their friend’s personal data to participate in the referral programme, they have provided said friend with the content of this document and, in particular, the content in this data protection clause.
In addition to sending the Data Subjects’ data to the destination residences, as required to participate in the promotion, the personal data provided by the Data Subjects may be communicated to governmental entities when required by the same, or in compliance with any obligation established in current legislation in force at any time, as well as to the leasing entities of the Data Subjects’ destination residences to manage the promotion.
The personal data provided will be retained for as long as the contractual relationship with the Data Subject is in force. Once this relationship is terminated, where appropriate, it may be retained for the time required by applicable law and until the expiration of any liabilities arising from the same.
The Data Subject may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and data portability by sending an email to the Data Protection Delegate: [email protected] or by sending a letter via post to: C/ Poeta Joan Maragall 1, 7º 28120 Madrid, under the terms established in the current regulations. Likewise, if the Data Subject believes that their rights under applicable data protection regulations have been infringed, they may file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Sending a request to participate in the promotion implies expressly accepting all of the rules of participation in the “Livensa Refer a Friend” promotion.
