Special conditions
Livensa Living promotion for San Fermines
The rate is based on single bookings in standard rooms. Rooms cannot be shared.
• The stay must be paid for in full at the time of booking online, once the guest’s student status has been verified.
• At the time of booking, each guest must also pay an additional deposit of €100. The residence will keep this deposit as a guarantee under the same terms as in the Housing Contract.
• Minimum stay 2 nights
• The guest must sign a housing contract and its corresponding Code of Conduct.
• The guest will not have the right to bring daytime or nighttime visitors to the residence during their stay.
• In order to book, you must prove your student status with a valid student ID or letter of registration/enrolment from your university or educational institution.
• Some of the common areas of the residence will be closed to the public during this promotion.
• The kitchens in the rooms are not equipped with kitchenware.
• For security reasons, ID will be requested each time a person enters the residence to ensure that access is limited to our guests.
• Guests who book “The Whole Festival” offer will have one room cleaning and a change of sheets and towels during their stay.
Cancellation policy:
Refunds will not be given for cancellations, reductions in the number of nights or no-shows. The deposit will only be refunded after any damages have been deducted, if applicable.

This promotion is offered by Livensa Living. The terms of participation will be revised and are subject to change at the end of each academic year or period of validity.
