Can I visit the residence?

Livensa Living Barcelona Sants-Badal is not yet open. However, if you’d like to experience what Livensa Living has to offer, you can visit our other two student residences in Barcelona:

  • Livensa Living Barcelona Diagonal Alto – Carrer de Sant Mateu, 9, 08950 Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona
  • Livensa Living Barcelona Marina – Carrer de Pallars, 135, Sant Martí, 08018 Barcelona

Can I already book my spot at Livensa Living Barcelona Sants-Badal?

Yes, reservations are already open on our website.

Are bed linens and kitchenware included in my room?

Yes, bed linens and towels are included in your monthly fee.

Is cleaning included in the room?

Yes, a cleaning service every two weeks is included, along with a change of bed linens and towels.

Is Livensa Living Barcelona Sants-Badal well connected?

Yes, the Santa Eulalia metro station (Metro Line 1) is just a 3-minute walk away. Metro Line 1 provides direct access to the Bellvitge University Hospital in one direction and to Plaça Espanya, Plaça Catalunya, and the Arc de Triomf in the other. You’ll enjoy excellent connectivity to the city center!

Additionally, several bus lines provide convenient connections to other parts of the city.

 

Are there set entry and exit times for the residence?

No, you’re free to come and go as you please! The residence has 24/7 video surveillance and front desk staff available around the clock.
