How do I get there from the airport or stations?

From San Sebastián Airport (EAS), the trip takes about 25 minutes by car or taxi.
If you arrive by train at Estación del Norte, the trip to Ibaeta takes around 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by city bus.

Can I stay if I am not a student?

Yes, this property is open to students, professionals, and anyone seeking short-, medium-, or long-term stays in Donostia–San Sebastián. You don’t need to be enrolled at a university.

What is the minimum length of stay?

We offer stays ranging from several days to full months, depending on your needs. The minimum stay may vary depending on the time of year and availability.

Is cleaning included?

Cleaning of common areas is included. In addition, studio cleaning (except the kitchen) and sheet/towel changes are carried out every two weeks as part of the price.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a deposit is required when you confirm your reservation. The amount and conditions are detailed during the contracting process.
