Is there bicycle parking at Livensa Living Studios Donostia-San Sebastián?

Yes, we do have bicycle parking, and it’s completely free of charge! You can leave your bike there whenever you want, and because it’s covered, there’s no worrying about the weather anytime.

How far away is the Basque Culinary Center?

The Basque Culinary Center is a 25-minute ride by bike, and a 30-minute ride by bus.

Which universities are within walking distance of Livensa Living Studios San Sebastian?

UPV is 10–15 minutes walking distance, depending on the faculty.
Misukene is 15-minute walking distance.
Tecnun 10-minute walking distance.
CIC nanoGune is less than 10-minute walking distance.

Can I use the residence’s music rooms whenever I want?

Yes, the music room is always open! You just need to let the front desk know so that you can book it.

What’s the difference between the room categories?

Most of the rooms at Livensa Living Studios San Sebastián are very similar in size. The three types of studios (Standard, Superior, and Premium) are differentiated by location, the floor they are on, and whether they are interior or exterior. The allocation of rooms within each different category is random, so you can’t choose the location of where you want your room to be.

What does the monthly rate include?

All of the rooms at Livensa Living Studios San Sebastián include the following:

A weekly room cleaning service, except for the kitchen.
A weekly change of linens and towels. If you wish to bring your own, remember that they must be a color other than white, and you must inform the reception staff so they can keep track.
Duvet and mattress protector.
All utilities: electricity, water, heating/air conditioning and internet are included.
The price also includes being able to take part in the different activities organized by the residence: cooking classes, sports classes, parties and many more!
Access to common areas and all amenities.

How does the weekly cleaning service work?

When you arrive at Livensa Living Studios San Sebastián, we’ll let you know which day of the week our cleaning team will come to your room.

The weekly cleaning service includes the whole room (except for the kitchen), and a change of linens and towels. Remember, if you decide to bring your own sheets and towels, they must be a different color to the ones we provide to avoid confusion, and you must inform the reception staff of this.
