You can’t go wrong choosing Granada as the place to spend your time at university, as the Universidad de Granada offers you many degrees to choose from. In terms of campuses, you can choose between Fuentenueva and Cartuja; no matter which one you go for, Livensa Living is right next door.

Thanks to our location, you’ll be both close to the faculty and to the city centre.
At Livensa Living Granada Cartuja, the Campus de la Cartuja at the Universidad de Granada is within walking distance. The closest faculties are Economics and Business, as are Philosophy, Humanities, and the Escuela Pública de Salud Pública.

If you’re at the Campus de Fuentenueva, Livensa Living Granada Fuentenueva is just a 10-minute walk from class. And Granada’s train station is only five minutes away.

IF YOU LIKE TO GET OUT AND ABOUT

Granada has countless things to see. Two of its most famous sites are the Alhambra and the Albaicin district, both of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. There’s no better way to spend a day than exploring the Nasrid architecture of the Alhambra, its gardens bursting with greenery and flowers, the Alcazaba, the Palacio de Carlos V and the Generalife. If you like spectacular views, then the Mirador de San Nicolas is the place for you. People generally visit this scenic overlook to see and photograph the Alhambra and its surroundings.

Granada is also known for its tapas; at local bars, when you order a drink, it’s customarily served with a small portion of food. Granada has the most bars per capita of any city in Andalusia, so you can try as many tapas as there are bars in the city.
If you like the mountains, the perfect getaway from Granada is Sierra Nevada. In the warmer months, go there to enjoy its greenery, or in the winter, explore a sparkling wonderland of snow sports.

Did you know that Granada also has a beach? The closest beaches to the city can be found around Motril. It’s the perfect day out when the city starts to heat up and you feel like taking a refreshing dip.

In Granada we have two student residences designed for academic-year stays (medium/long term), with different room types subject to availability. Both residences are aimed at undergraduate, postgraduate, and international mobility students, as well as at shorter stays such as summer for the educational community.

We have two residences: Livensa Living Granada Cartuja (right on the Cartuja campus) and Livensa Living Granada Fuentenueva (steps from the city center and next to the Fuentenueva campus). Both are designed for students and stand out for their proximity to faculties and university life.

From Federico García Lorca Granada–Jaén Airport, the best option is usually a taxi, though there is also a bus service.
From Granada Train Station, Granada Fuentenueva is a short walk away, and Granada Cartuja can be reached by taxi or bus.

What rules of coexistence and safety apply?

We have controlled access, CCTV in common areas, 24/7 staff, and internal regulations (schedules, visitors, use of spaces). You can check our full code of ethics and conduct guidelines on our website.

Do you accept Erasmus and international students?

Yes. We request documentation from your program or university and, where applicable, details of a payment guarantor.

Is there parking or bike storage?

This varies by residence or accommodation. We recommend reviewing each building’s information to see what applies in each case, as many of them also have agreements with local catering services.
