If you choose Livensa Living Málaga Feria, the whole city will be on your doorstep. There are several bus stops and a commuter rail stop very close to the residence.

The nearest beach is Playa de Huelin, where you can stroll along the promenade, take a dip in the sea or sunbathe.

Our accommodation is easy to reach from Málaga airport, and it’s just 15 minutes by public transport from the Málaga Maria Zambrano train station.

A city like Málaga has countless possibilities to enjoy any time of the year. If you’re looking for a city break, you must explore the historic city centre; have a wander through its streets and soak up the alfresco atmosphere of its bars and restaurants.
Stroll down calle Larios to calle Alcazabilla; along this pleasant route, you’ll find the Roman Theatre and the Alcazaba. If you’re looking for panoramic views over the city, climb up to the Casillo de Gibralfaro, a fortification from the Middle Ages.

Málaga has many interesting museums, including the Museo Picasso, the Museo del Automóvil and the Carmen Thyssen. Top off your day by heading to Muelle Uno, the port area, packed with shops and bars where you can enjoy an ice-cold drink overlooking the sea.

Yes, but in the Livensa Living Studios Málaga building. We offer flexible accommodation for short, medium, and long stays for both students and professionals or travelers.

Yes, in-person visits are available by appointment via the “book a visit” link, or you can ask us about visits via WhatsApp.

How do I get there from the airport or stations?

From Málaga–Costa del Sol Airport, you can reach Livensa Living Málaga in about 20 minutes by car or taxi, or take the commuter train (line C1) to the city center and then the metro (lines L1 or L2) to the Universidad station, which is just a few minutes’ walk from the residence.
If you arrive by train or bus at María Zambrano Station, you can use the metro or a city bus that will take you to the Teatinos area, where the residence is located.

What is the minimum length of stay?

We offer several types of stays: full academic year, semester, or shorter summer periods—depending on your needs.

Does the residence offer cleaning services?

Cleaning of common areas is included. You can also contract additional cleaning services for your studio if you wish.

Are there food or cafeteria options inside the residence?

Yes, there is a partner food service called DO EAT! that offers healthy meals. You can add it when you make your reservation or arrange it later with the on-site team.
