CLOSE TO EVERYTHING
Pamplona is a city that you can walk around, but if you prefer, you can also use public transport. The bus stop is only three minutes away from the residence.
Pamplona’s Plaza de Toros is only 15 minutes on foot from Livensa Living Pamplona, and it’s in the perfect area to enjoy some pintxos. Rumour has it that you can find the best pincho de foie at Bar Gaucho, just a few metres from the Plaza de Toros – remember that spot!
The Parque de la Media, which is just a few metres from the residence, provides views over the city from its scenic overlook. If you walk through the park, you’ll come to Pamplona’s ancient city walls, known as the Ciudadela, which are 5 km long and the best preserved in Europe.
IF YOU LIKE TO GET OUT AND ABOUT
Calle Estafeta is one of the city’s most popular streets, known for being packed with bars where you can have a drink to go with a delicious pincho. There are so many, you’ll never have to stop at the same one twice! This street is also famous for being the route to the bullring used for the Running of the Bulls. In case you didn’t know, the Running of the Bulls – known locally as San Fermines – is Pamplona’s biggest festival. People from all over the world come to Pamplona to see this unmissable event.
The Plaza del Castillo is also famous for its bars, as well as being one of the most photographed spots in the city alongside the Pamplona City Hall. You’ll surely be tempted to snap a photo in front of them.
Pamplona’s Old Town is full of winding streets, medieval buildings and churches; popular with tourists, it’s a place where you can lose yourself and let yourself be swept away by the city.
