How do I get there from the airport or stations?

From Salamanca Train Station, you can reach the residence in about 10 minutes by car or taxi, or take city bus lines 1 or 7, which drop you close to the Unamuno Campus.
If you arrive at the intercity bus station, it’s about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute taxi ride. Both routes are direct and well signposted.

What is the minimum length of stay?

You can choose an annual contract, semester-long stay, or short stay, depending on your academic or personal needs.

Does the residence offer cleaning services?

Cleaning of common areas is included in the price. You can also request additional cleaning services for your room or studio at an extra cost.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The amount and conditions are detailed during the contracting process.

Is the residence safe?
