The Campus Reina Mercedes of the Universidad de Sevilla is just a 10-15 minute walk from our residence. And from there, it’s a ten-minute walk to the Parque de Maria Luisa, which in turn connects to the Plaza de España and the Real Alcázar de Sevilla.

Seville’s main universities are the Universidad de Sevilla, which has more than 25 faculties and schools distributed throughout the city; the Universidad de Pablo Olavide, another of the city’s public universities; and the Universidad de Loyola, a private university located on the outskirts of the city.

If you choose to live at Livensa Living Sevilla, the whole city is just a short walk away. Seville’s Santa Justa train station is 15 minutes away by commuter train.

The bus stops located just a few minutes away from our accommodation will provide the connections for you get around the city with ease. If you want to go for a stroll, the Parque Maria Luisa is just a few minutes away; if you have a little more time, you can go all the way to the Plaza de España or promenade along the riverside.

IF YOU LIKE TO GET OUT AND ABOUT

Sevilla is known for having three historical treasures, all of them designated World Heritage Sites:

• The Reales Alcazares, worth taking plenty of time to explore, where a range of architectural styles are bound together by beautiful and well-kept gardens.

• The Archivo de Indias, the city’s largest archive, home to many priceless historical documents. It stores manuscripts written by Christopher Columbus, Ferdinand Magellan, Hernán Cortes and Francisco Pizarro.

• You may think you’re in love with Sevilla already… but wait until you see the city’s cathedral.

Other great sights in Seville include the Torre del Oro, La Giralda and the spectacular Plaza de España, which opens onto the Parque Maria Luisa. Don’t miss the picturesque and special Barrio de Triana or the Santa Cruz district, either! If you’re looking for something totally different, check out the Metropol Parasol, also known as the Setas de Sevilla (Sevilles mushrooms), a walkway-panoramic viewpoint where you can enjoy the best views over the city of Seville.

Seville is also known for its spirit and the warmth of its people. Its biggest festivals include Holy Week and the Feria de Abril. The latter is famous for being an explosion of light and colour, with its unparalleled flamenco dresses and its rebujitos or manzanillas.
For a sunset aperitif, visit one of the many open-air bars on the Guadalquivir River, where you can enjoy good weather year-round. Once the sun has set, take a walk around the historic city centre, where there’s always something going on.

Where is Livensa Living Sevilla located?

Our residence is located next to the Reina Mercedes campus, one of the best-known university areas in the city. It’s very well connected to the city center, both on foot and by public transportation.

What types of rooms does the residence offer?

We offer individual studios, all with private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, study area, and climate control. The spaces are designed so you can live, study, and rest in total comfort.

Does the price of the accommodation include utilities?

Yes. All rates include water, electricity, Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, heating, room cleaning, and use of common areas.

What facilities and services are available at Livensa Living Sevilla?

We have an outdoor swimming pool, gym, study rooms, movie room, laundry, and large common areas. There are also garden areas and terraces where you can enjoy Seville’s typically good weather.

Do you offer food service or a cafeteria?

The studios have their own fully equipped kitchen, but we also have an agreement with a local catering company that can provide home-style meals, as well as vending machines with food and snacks.

How can I book a room?

You can easily do it on our website, livensaliving.com, by selecting the Seville residence and completing the reservation form.

Can I visit before booking?

Yes, in-person visits are available by appointment via the “book a visit” link, or you can ask us about visits via WhatsApp.

How do I get to the residence from the airport or train stations?

From Seville Airport (San Pablo), you can get there in about 20 minutes by car or taxi. You can also take the EA airport bus to Prado de San Sebastián and from there connect with local lines toward Reina Mercedes.
If you arrive at Santa Justa Train Station, the trip by taxi or bus takes around 20 minutes.

Can I stay if I am not a student?

No. In Seville we only offer accommodation to students or people connected to the academic world (for example, faculty members).

Are cleaning services available?

Cleaning of common areas is included, as well as cleaning of your room with sheets and towels (the kitchen is not included) every two weeks. If you want, you can contract additional cleaning for your room or studio at an extra cost.

Can I receive visitors at the residence?

Yes, visitors are allowed as long as you respect the coexistence rules and established schedules. The safety and well-being of all residents is always a priority.
